Agreement

By signing in to Thulla Champions you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the game. You must be at least 13 years old (or older where your country requires it).

Your account

You sign in with Google. You are responsible for what happens on your account. One person, one account. Do not share your account, sell it or use someone else's.

Coins and gems are game items

Coins and gems are virtual items for use inside the game only. They have no cash value, cannot be cashed out, sold or transferred outside the game, and are not property. Entry fees and prizes in matches are paid in coins only. We may change prices, rewards and the shop at any time, and we may reset or remove balances that were gained by cheating or by a mistake.

Fair play

Do not cheat, use bots or scripts, exploit bugs, work together with another player to move coins unfairly, or interfere with the servers. We may remove coins, suspend or delete accounts that break these rules, without a refund.

Behaviour

Be respectful. Do not use chat, names or stickers to harass, threaten, hate on, or share illegal or adult content. You can block or report a player at any time. We may change a name or avatar, or remove an account, that breaks this rule.

Matches and disconnections

Matches are played on our servers. If you leave a running match you lose your entry fee, and a computer player may take your seat. If a match is cancelled before it starts, entry fees are returned. A bot may play beside real players to fill a table.

Purchases and ads

Where purchases or ads are offered, extra terms of the store (Google Play) apply. Purchases of virtual items are final unless the law or the store says otherwise.

Service and liability

The game is provided as it is. We try to keep it running, but it may be interrupted, changed or ended, and progress may be lost. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses. Nothing here limits rights you have by law.
